We currently have an opportunity for a full-time Everyday Readiness Consultant with the Quality Assurance Team.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and providing support for Accreditation readiness from a corporate and clinical lens
- Analyzing current structures, committees, and processes associated with organizational accountabilities for Accreditation standards and ROPs
- Establishing appropriate organizational and program level structures and processes that support everyday readiness for Accreditation
- Monitoring unit level compliance with Accreditation and other Patient Safety Standards
- Championing, marketing/communicating, managing, and monitoring the status of Accreditation ROPs and Standards across the organization
- Collaborating with clinical programs and support services to identify gaps, provide support, and champion process improvements to enhance patient safety
- Providing advice, support, and consultation related to Accreditation processes and expectations
- Leading the transition from current Accreditation model to the Global Qmentum everyday readiness concept
- Participation on related organizational committees and working groups to assist in Accreditation readiness
- Facilitate regular on-unit tracers and assessments of compliance of Accreditation standards, providing regular reports on successes, gaps, and trends
