THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an Evidence Operations Manager to ensure compliance with regulations, internal policies, and ICH-GCP guidelines. This role involves setting up and maintaining tracking systems and tools, coordinating local affiliate study audits, and supporting the maintenance of local SOPs and guidance documents.
The ideal candidate will provide proactive project coordination and research oversight, ensuring the timely update of trial management tools and platforms. Responsibilities include managing the Trial Master File (TMF) for various research projects, distributing safety materials, and supporting IMP management tasks. Additionally, identifying opportunities for efficiencies and sharing best practices with other team members is essential.
In this role, you will execute customer-facing activities, maintaining strong communication with clinical research sites and potential vendors within Canada. Tasks include managing documentation from study start-up to close-down, requesting regular study/site updates, and summarizing project updates for the HDS team. You will also support vendor communications, secure ethics approval for Roche Funded NIS projects, and manage local evidence generation platforms.
