JOB SUMMARY
As the EVP/President of the Healthcare & Corrections Sector (HCS), you will be at the helm of innovation and leadership, driving our mission to new heights. Your role is pivotal, where every decision you make can shape not only the future of our sector but also the course of the entire organization for our Healthcare and Corrections sectors. We are looking for a true business leader and this person will be a key member of the Remote & Healthcare Services Leadership Team and reports to the COO, Healthcare & Remote Services.
If you were to come on board as the EVP/President, HCS, we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Collaborate with Sales to develop and implement strategies for business growth and market positioning.
- Lead the introduction of new innovations and technologies, coordinating with internal team, CD (Computer Digital)
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners to enhance sector capabilities.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap aligned with the company’s mission for transformative growth.
- Maintain and promote the HCS brand, ensuring market leadership through high-quality client offerings.
- Oversee the annual strategic plan and ensure it positions HCS as a market leader.
- Optimize processes and resources to achieve exceptional results and team accountability.
- Attract and empower top talent, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture in a matrix organization.
- Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and bi-monthly reviews.
- Enhance revenue and profitability, set KPIs, ensure compliance, and manage risks.
- Build strong client relationships and exceed their expectations.
- Collaborate with other departments and represent the company at industry events.
- Oversee strategic management of existing accounts with SAG (Strategic Accounts Group), ensuring effective client relationship systems and annual client OCM survey reviews.
- Lead transformational change and promote a safety-first culture.

- Minimum 15+ years in a senior leadership role

- Strong communication skills – able to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization. Knows how to bring people along with the strategy

- Willingness to travel (up to 10-30%)
