Exams Apprentice – 37 hours per week 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 4:30pm Friday 52 weeks per year – up to £22,000. Based in Weybridge, with some possible cover in Ashford, Surrey.

We are seeking an Exams Apprentice, to provide admin support to the Exams team, to ensure that standards and met and all exams related matters are dealt with efficiently.
About the role:
As an Exams Apprentice, you will support the exams team to help resolve staff and student queries, relating to exams, results and certificates.

Your role will involve:

  • Recording exam related data
  • Issuing, logging and filing of certificates
  • Monitoring the exams email inbox
  • Generals office duties
  • Completing your business admin apprenticeship

To fulfil the role of Admissions Officer you will have:

  • Level 2 in English and Maths
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good IT Skills and prepared to learn college specific systems
  • A passion for education
  • Proven ability to accurately input data into a computer database
