Abergeldie is a locally owned contractor with 30 years’ industry experience in Australia and New Zealand. We design and deliver projects in the Water, Bridges, Transport, Underground, Energy and Remediation industry sectors.
Projects include dams, bridges, tunnels, water and wastewater treatment process facilities, rail infrastructure, mining infrastructure, electrical substations, marine works and pipeline rehabilitation: the complex infrastructure needed to build better communities.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re on the lookout for a highly skilled operator to work on the one of our complex infrastructure projects in Parramatta.
The ideal candidate will have experience in bulk, final trim and excavation around utilities and have a current Excavation ticket and can operate a 5–20-tonne excavator.

We are looking for a positive and collaborative team member with a strong work ethic and a safety-first mindset.

  • Full time position
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend work available.
  • 10hr days ($37.74 + super for first 8hrs then $56.61 for remaining 2hrs)
  • RDO’s, plus daily travel and meal allowance
  • Investment in training and development and pathways to leadership available.
