JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is a renowned hospital currently looking for an Operational Excellence Leader in healthcare for the Saudi Arabia location.
The Operational Excellence Leader is responsible for supporting the organizations to achieve and sustain excellent performance through the implementation of an OE Management System (OEMS) and framework and the application of a variety of principles, systems, and tools toward the sustainable improvement of key performance metrics. Moreover, the OE Officer leads OEMS development, implementation, assessment and governance processes while focusing on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing the overall quality of patient care delivery. He will also drives standardization and application of best practices across the company.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS).
• Change management expertise to facilitate organizational transformation and adoption of new practices.

• Establishing the OE framework/program at the Corporate level.
• Leading and conducting internal OE assessment
• Delivering OE Training and Six Sigma courses
• Leading 2025 OE assessment preparation
