Responsibilities:

WHAT ROLE WILL YOU PLAY IN OUR TEAM

Facilitates product flow to exchange counterparties and / or EM customers at proprietary and exchange terminals.
Responsible for ensuring exchange contract volumes are balanced, and counterparties are in agreement on volumetrics, identifying and executing most favorable resolution of imbalance (i.e. volume payback or bookout of the imbalance).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Facilitates and maximizes product flow to exchange counterparties and / or EM customers at proprietary and exchange terminals.
  • Serves as primary point of contact for all internal and external counterparts for all exchange matters.
  • Ensures exchange balance aligns with target signal on monthly basis.
  • Ensures counterparty financial exposures do not exceed Treasurer established credit limits.
  • Verifies forecast projections and approve / deny volume change requests
  • Leads resolution of any claims or product quality issues at exchange terminals
  • Provide support to Customer Service Team in resolving operational issues at exchange terminals on an as needed basis
