Description:

Are you prepared for an exciting opportunity within an innovative organization? Bsure is seeking a motivated Senior Sales Executive to play a pivotal role in our growth and development. As one of our first permanent team members, and the first representative of Bsure in Sweden, you will significantly influence the structure and processes of our sales team while crafting your own work experience in a dynamic and flexible environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Contribute to the development of an efficient sales scaling process.
  • Customize and enhance sales presentations for optimal impact.
  • Optimize sales processes to improve efficiency.
  • Document all interactions within our CRM system.
  • Analyze sales data for ongoing improvement.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements.
  • Represent Bsure at events to strengthen our network and visibility in Sweden.Who You Are: We are looking for candidates who possess:
  • Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • A structured and personable approach to sales.
  • Extensive experience in negotiations and managing sales processes.
  • Technical aptitude
  • A willingness to learn and a strong motivation to succeed with Bsure.
  • The capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment with hands-on involvement.
  • A collaborative spirit, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.The ability to take ownership of your results and work independently.


    • Qualifications:

    • Proven sales achievements in similar roles.
    • Solid experience in negotiations and managing the complete sales cycle.
    • Relevant educational background with a minimum of 5 years experience in SaaS B2B sales
    • A stable employment history and strong references.
