We are looking for a energetic, detail oriented, reliable assistant. Job duties are as follows:

  • Communication: Drafting, reviewing, and sending communications on behalf of executives, answering and responding to phone calls, and prioritizing emails.
  • Scheduling: Managing calendars, professional and personal schedules, and balancing business, personal, and charitable events
  • Meetings: Organizing and preparing for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics
  • Payroll: Running payroll for the company, resolving any payroll issues.
  • Other tasks: Providing administrative and office support, maintaining confidentiality, and organizing team communications

Executive assistants should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, time-management skills, the ability to pay attention to detail, and organization skills. They should also have a basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office and Excel.
