Job Summary:
All CRA functions related to Prefunding, Post Funding, Dealer Management, Floor Stock, Reporting and Administration works or any other duties assigned by superior from time to time .

Responsibilities:-

  • Authorising loan disbursement for HP and Floor Stocking as per Approval Matrix
  • To perform scanning/approve of HP CRA documents to Load$/SVS
  • Data Maintenance i.e. change of address and collateral and etc
  • To print HP security documents i.e. Repayment Schedule/Covering letter, HPA/Gtee and all HP related documents
  • To process/prepare documents to be sent out to customers
  • To perform stamping of Agreements
  • To bundle, retrieve and handle storage of security documents and HP CRA documents
  • To handle returned mail processes perform manual application creation, data maintenance and Post Authoriser
  • To perform functions as Traffic Controller
  • To perform functions as Checkers with target set by the Team Leaders
  • To perform Defect functions
  • To attend to all incoming and outgoing mails or documents
  • To perform checking i.e. CCRIS, RAMCI, CCRIS100, CTOS and etc
  • To process for approval for “shipment from WM to EM / vice versa
  • To issue LOU for BCB applications i.e. Global Marque
  • To perform E-hakmilik/E-discharge transactions and FIS related matters
  • To perform BDS transactions and funding
  • Monitoring GL, UMW/ETCM CPS payments, PBR, SI tagging and etc
  • To assist Fixed Assets Reconciliation and administrations works
  • MIS Reporting
  • Any project assigned to handle promptly and ensure runs smoothly
  • To meet department’s goals / KRAs set by the management
  • Perform all aspects of Officer functions in full compliance with policies, procedures and guidelines as set by the relevant authorities.
  • Any other duty assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
