JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our B2B team as an Executive in Account Management. The Executive will play a pivotal role in managing key client accounts, driving revenue growth, and fostering long-term relationships with our B2B clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity for career advancement and professional development within our organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B account management, sales, or business development roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and meetings with clients to review performance, identify opportunities, and address challenges.
  • Strategic Account Planning:
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
