SUMMARY:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution and contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Business Execution deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution.

- Tools: MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Advanced Power Point, database management a plus [prior experience with Medallia a plus]
- Assess, develop, and deliver high quality materials within short timeframes
- Banking/Financial background preferre
Responsibilities:
- Organizational management and support, planning, executive communications, planning, data analysis, execution of key projects
- Project Tracking, delegation, and quality assurance: ability to track multiple initiatives simultaneously and ensure all deliverables are met with high quality standards
- Planning/Communications: ability to learn business, tracks progress across the full organization / follow up to ensure on time deliverables. Ensure adherence to brand standards across team. Annual planning cycle.
- Executive Presentations: Business reviews, planning materials, organizational announcement, team accomplishments, executive communications, draft talking points, editing/proofing. Manage distribution lists, org charts, etc.
- Employee Engagement - support community engagement, draft plans to improve employee engagement across the team
- Business Analysis of data and presentation of insights (Customer experience, complaints, etc.)
