Description:

BLK MATTER LTD, representing some of the largest artists in Electronic Music and other creative fields, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative/Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be key in managing the administrative tasks related to our diverse roster of artists and providing essential support to our managers in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
This is an in office position. Regular hours are 11:00 am -7:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Strong organizational and clerical skills
  • Experience in administrative roles
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $56,000.00-$66,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize administrative duties for all artists represented by BLK MATTER LTD, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and communication.
  • Assist talent managers in overseeing artist projects, maintaining calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Handle daily correspondence, contracts, and other documentation for artists and managers.
  • Act as a liaison between artists, managers, and external parties (booking agents, promoters, venues, etc.).
  • Support the managers in the execution of artist marketing plans, including social media updates, event logistics, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure office tasks are efficiently handled, including data entry, filing, and general support for our Paris and Toronto offices.
