Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the European Leadership team.
In this role, you will be provided with opportunities to demonstrate your organisational skills, manage a wide range of responsibilities, interact with different internal stakeholders and ensure seamless day to day operations and contributing to the efficiency of the team.
The open position will be located in our KES office located in Dudelange, GD of Luxembourg.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high level administrative support to the leadership team, including coordinating meetings, managing diaries, and organising travel arrangements including flights, accommodation and visas.
- Be able to draft, review and send communications on behalf of the leadership team.
- Assist with the preparation and scheduling of internal and external meetings which may include booking meeting rooms, PowerPoint presentations, assembling Word documents and following up on action points as a result of the meeting.
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Effectively managing and organising expenses.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline office operations and implement effective solutions.
- Be responsible for providing general administrative support to the leadership team as needed.
- Support various projects by providing administrative assistance and taking the lead on specific tasks as needed.
- Efficiently handle company documents requiring signatures, ensuring they are accurately prepared, promptly signed, and dispatched in a timely manner.
