Description:
Peach Tree Brands is looking for an Executive Assistant to perform various administrative tasks and support our company’s owner and executive managers. If you are interested in working as an Executive Assistant professional for a company with an extended list of companies that include Dental, Restaurants, Education, Hospitality, Landscape Designer, and Real Estate, we would like to meet you. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have excellent time management skills, and be able to act without guidance, creative ideas, and initiatives for long term success. Ultimately, you will contribute to our business’s efficiency by providing personalized and timely support to our executive managers.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Rack daily expenses for the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
- Take minutes during meetings.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Help to develop comprehensive and strategic plans.Manage sensitive issues to maintain the company’s good reputation.
