Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized, motivated, and entrepreneurial-minded Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our CEO, providing top-level administrative support and playing a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the company. This position requires a high degree of discretion, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in financial services or a keen interest in the FinTech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, handling correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries with professionalism and discretion including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external meetings.
- Participate in meetings with the CEO ensuring action items are followed up on.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, often involving cross-functional collaboration with other departments.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
- Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and other activities.
- Support the CEO in daily operations, including managing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans, working closely with the CEO to achieve business goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role, preferably in the financial services or FinTech industry.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
