About the Role
As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the CEO of the organisation, exercising high integrity, confidentiality, tact and diplomacy. Having a great understanding of our key functions, you will be a crucial part of our teams. With such a varied workload, no day will ever be the same!

Responsibilities

  • Answering and taking action on email and telephone inquiries.
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations and bespoke projects.
  • Providing administrative support directly to executives, anticipating business needs, and exercising confidentiality.
  • Maintaining files, records, calendars and diaries; arranging business travel, coordinating meeting arrangements, processing invoices and tracking expenses.
  • Supporting the arrangement of events including assistance with sourcing venues, team building activities and logistics planning.
  • Managing and maintaining the CEO’s diary and ensuring their full preparation for all meetings and engagements with relevant briefing notes and presentations.
  • Meeting and greeting CEO’s guests and ensure they are looked after.
  • Participating in the development and implementation of secretarial/administrative standards, policies and practices for the organization.

Requirements

  • Have proven experience as an Executive Personal Assistant preferably to senior leadership
  • Have great verbal and written skills, able to communicate complex information professionally and engage with c-level executives.
  • Have solid knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good general IT skills.
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills when dealing with multiple priorities and be able to think analytically.
  • Be a natural problem solver, able to collaborate with your team to resolve issues.
  • Be a self-starter and able to work independently.
  • Have substantial experience within an administrative, professional services or similar environment.
