JOB SUMMARY
Provide executive administrative management to Georgia Tech or Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) executives. Duties include office organization, communications, and event management. Manage activities to ensure a well-executed, highly complex schedule of daily activities. Responsible for setting employee goals, assessing employee performance and providing feedback, and making pay recommendations.
This position will interact on a regular basis with: External visitors to the office, including senior industry leaders and sponsors; Georgia Tech/GTRI executives; alumni; corporate executives; donors; Regents and representatives of the Board of Regents; government officials; faculty, staff, and students.

This position will supervise: May supervise assigned staff
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Ten-plus years of job-related experience
PREFERRED EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s Degree
SKILLS
This job requires advanced skills in time management, human resources, problem resolution, customer service, supervision, and communication. Must possess a strong personal code of ethics, including maintaining confidentiality; ability to adapt to quickly changing circumstances and handling multiple tasks simultaneously; ability to work independently and take initiative.
