EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR – UP TO £25,000 DOE

Are you an experienced administrator looking for an exciting new opportunity? If so, we’re looking for an Executive Administrator to join us, so we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for an experienced administrator with excellent communication skills and an ability to manage their time and tasks. Attention to detail is key in this role along with a knowledge of Microsoft packages.

Responsibilities:

As the Executive Administrator, you’ll deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Assistant, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive’s office and the effective management of all administrative tasks.
You’ll be managing schedules, handling communications and streamlining administrative tasks. Key tasks will involve planning and booking travel and preparing travel itineraries, identifying and implementing improvements in office procedures and administrative processes and overseeing the holiday requests for the Executive Team.
