REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Business / Mass Communications
- Familiar with SAP system
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Financial and commercial management in an advertising environment will be an added advantage
- Ability to work independently, and cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Monthly tracking of expenditure reports and invoice payments.
- Drive monthly budget meetings with business units to ensure budget optimization.
- Assist with quarterly re-forecasting, annual budgets, and projections.
- Assist with any ad-hoc projects such as pitch management.
- Coordinate and conduct financial reconciliation to ensure agency scope utilization is on track.
- Review commercial commitments (e.g. media master contracts) to ensure timely reporting of savings derived from the commitments. (Supported by OMD)
- Liaise with legal and procurement teams on agency contract drafting and negotiations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert to the marcom team within areas of financial / process optimization and control and compliance.
