PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Organisation, Communication, and Administration:

  • Manage inquiries, meetings, scheduling, and travel for the Group General Counsel.
  • Prepare briefs, reports, and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and statutory obligations for meetings.
  • Provide administrative support, including emails, filing, and calendar management.

HR, Team, and Financial:

  • Manage budgets, expenses, and recruitment processes.
  • Support office arrangements and HR-related tasks.
  • Monitor expenses and leave for the Group General Counsel and team.

General:

  • Provide insights from reports and meetings.
  • Support cultural initiatives and working groups.
  • Offer ad hoc support to the Group General Counsel and Group Legal Division as required.

Key Relationships:

  • Internal: CEOs, Executives, Board Directors, Legal leadership, EA/PA groups, IT, facilities, and reception.External: Regulators and law firms.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

You are a proactive and accountable professional, skilled at anticipating needs and managing complex situations. Your strong organizational and communication skills, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites, enable you to provide exceptional support to senior executives.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years supporting senior executive roles, preferably in legal or financial services.
