- Highly developed computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Familiarity with financial departments and processes is highly desirable

Responsibilities:
Working alongside two Finance General Managers based in Victoria, you will provide support in the delivery of key strategic focuses and day-to-day operations including:
- Proactive diary and email management to ensure the GMs are organised, time managed and have flexibility
- Coordinate meetings, preparing agendas, presentations, and minute taking
- Compile and verify departments weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting and provide to other functions to inform on strategy and execution
- Effective coordination and delivery of all functions and events, measuring success through key stakeholder feedback
- Coordinate communication with various departments, ensuring timely follow up on action items
- Act as primary point of contact between General Managers and internal/external stakeholders
