QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or similar career.
2. 1 to 4 years’ experience in financial analysis or similar career.
3. English, oral and written knowledge at fluid level is a must.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• High attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and adept to client needs.
• Great customer service orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and quick learner.
• Demonstrated history of following the stock markets.

BRIEF OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:

Support sell side analysts from the on shore team, who are part of the research department of one of the top investment banks worldwide, by meeting their qualitative information requirements across multiple sectors such as TMT, Energy, Real Estate, Automotive, Consumer, Healthcare and Banking for various companies across different geographies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assistant type work – email management, calendar management, expenses, etc
• Transcribing calls if the calls fall within working hours
• Putting historicals from a model in our format
• Also basic data chart pulls (like if we were like oh every Monday can u send us these charts from this alt data provider)

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Implement and act in accordance with Acuity Knowledge Partners’ Information Security Policy.
2. Identify risks when working with external parties. Ensure information security when dealing with customers.
