Responsibilities:

Are you a natural organizer who can stay on top of things even in the most hectic of times? Then this could be your next challenge! In this role, you will be in charge of coordinating appointments, meetings, correspondence, travel, and other matters of the Adnovum CEO. You will prepare and/or check complex written communications and presentations, and furthermore ensure that the CEO Office runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Providing administrative support to the CEO (e.g., writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, preparing communications on behalf of the Leadership Team)
  • Managing the CEO’s agenda
  • Organizing and preparing internal and external meetings and workshops with the CEO, the Leadership Team, and/or the Board of Directors, including implementation support (agenda, time management, taking minutes, and all organizational and administrative matters)
  • Setting up and managing an e-filing system for e-mails and other electronic documents that is easy to understand and access
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Receiving visitors
  • Carrying out minor accounting tasks
