Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

The Executive Assistant (EA) represents the offices of VP Head Merchants of the Aldo Brand (Ladies, Men’s, HB & ACC), reporting into the Project Manager of the ALDO Brand & Operations team.
This role supports the operations of Merchandising, Buying, Product Development & Design in accordance with the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies. While the VP Head Merchants play a critical role in Aldo Brand strategy, they are also strategic partners to the Channels and actively participate in running the day-to-day business. The role of the EA is therefore fundamental in creating a strong foundation and structure for the VPs (and, by extension, their teams) to work within.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Management of VPs’ calendars - liaise with cross-functional leads, satellite offices & third-party agencies
  • Booking travel, preparing itineraries & managing expenses in a timely manner
  • Scheduling key milestones in accordance with the GTM calendar & managing any associated logistics (catering, room set-up)
  • Supporting VPs with agendas, pre-reads, presentation materials, note-taking, follow-up & action items
  • Sharing weekly & monthly Merchandise reports with the executive team
  • Providing support for tasks
  • Act as a departmental resource for regulations & procedures
