JOB SUMMARY:

The Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator provides high-level, confidential support to the executive leadership team, ensuring the effective execution of strategic initiatives, projects, and daily operations. This role serves as a trusted partner to senior executives by managing key projects, analyzing data, preparing reports, and facilitating seamless communication across the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, such as Executive Assistant, Project Manager, or Strategic Planner.
  • Proven experience in managing high-level projects and working with executive teams.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to process complex information and data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, office software, and data visualization platforms.
  • Adaptable and proactive with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Strong understanding of the organization’s industry and strategic goals.
