About the Role
As an Executive Assistant in our Team, you’ll play a key role in helping to provide executive support for two General Managers in Talent & Culture, supporting both the Australia Retail and Commercial businesses. This includes managing diaries, helping to prioritise and prepare for meetings, and managing stakeholder expectations.
This role is an exciting combination of an Executive Assistant role along with providing broader Team support.
In addition to your day-to-day work, you will have the opportunity to support the team to coordinate regular Tribe communications, ceremonies and events, helping to ensure that they are running efficiently and effectively.
You are someone who is highly organised and can thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. You are able to juggle competing priorities and different agendas and build collaborative relationships with your stakeholders – across the business, in Talent and Culture and within the Tribes. You are highly proactive, have an eye for detail, and take personal accountability for outcomes.

Work Hours: Full-time, 40hrs/week
What will your day look like?

Responsibilities:

Executive diary management, in a fast-moving environment
Communication and stakeholder management – leaders, peers, team members, external parties
Business management support activity – including team finances and invoice management, including resolving and escalating queries and ensuring payments are made accurately and on time
Support team cadence and ways of working – including planning sessions, team workshops and events
Support the pulling together of papers and presentations which may require aspects of managing and analysing data
Professionally managing & building key relationships
Effectively communicating and engaging with stakeholders, putting employee experience and values at the heart of what you do and in line with ANZ behaviours
Building networks with peers – within T&C and the business, creating a community of mutual support and learning
Collaboration – with team members and other colleagues in supporting team activities and initiatives
Discretion – the ability to exercise foresight and discretion in supporting leader and the team and an ability to treat confidential information with sensitivity
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Experience in executive diary management in a complex fast-moving environment and within a large organisation
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude who genuinely enjoys collaborating with others in service of business needs
Excellent administrative and organisational skills, high level of Outlook proficiency and experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. and a strong delivery focus
Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve issues at pace
