Description:
Executive Assistant required to support Senior Executives in a fast-paced and dynamic work area responsible for combating unsolicited communications and phone scams. The person will be highly organised, a good communicator, collaborative and able to prioritise in a high-volume work area. You will support the Executive Manager of the Unsolicited Communications and Scams Branch and provide support to other Senior Executives, predominantly in our Melbourne office. Executive Assistants are an important cohort at the ACMA. They manage diaries and calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, printing, expenditure requests and accounts, and provide a range of other support that enables the ACMA’s Executive Leadership to deliver on strategic and operational priorities. They coordinate, communicate and collaborate across the agency and step up to assist other work areas during times of leave.
