Description:
The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in overseeing the administrative and financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, coordinating the administrative functions and providing financial information to the Management Team.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to Management Team.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation, ensuring accurate and timely processing of updates, including new hires, terminations, pay changes, etc.
- Manage and apply for grants and subsidies (e.g., Canada Summer Jobs, Canada-Ontario Job Grant, Employment Placement/Training Incentive).
- Enter and process payroll and RRSP benefits for all staff in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare and process payment for quarterly commissions.
- Process all tax payments, manage instalments, and provide information to the accountant for filing with the CRA.
- Review and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly sales reports.
- Prepare the annual Marketing Budget and Expenses Report.
- Assist with corporate events, including Employee Appreciation, Fundraising, and the Christmas Luncheon.
- Assist with marketing and promotions, including trade shows and conferences.
- Make necessary arrangements for meetings, including preparing agendas, issuing meeting invitations, and taking minutes.
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending tasks.
- Provide general administrative support as needed, as well as other duties that may arise.
