POSITION SUMMARY
- We’re seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support our CEO, managing their schedule, communications, and administrative needs.
- The ideal candidate will anticipate needs, handle details confidentially and professionally, and work closely with the executive to achieve organizational goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BSc/HND in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- 2 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership.
Skills:
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Professional demeanor and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities:
Calendar and Schedule Management:
- Coordinate complex scheduling, internal/external meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure up-to-date schedules and effective meeting planning.
Communication Handling:
- Manage executive communications (calls, emails, messages) with professionalism and discretion.
- Draft, edit, and review correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Travel and Event Coordination:
- Arrange travel plans (flights, accommodations, transportation, itineraries).
- Organize company events, meetings, or client gatherings.
Project Management and Support
- Assist with key projects, tracking progress, timelines, and deliverables.
- Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports/presentations.
Document and Records Management:
- Organize and maintain documents, files, and records.
- Handle confidential documents, ensuring security and compliance.
Expense Reporting and Budget Management:
- Track executive expenses and prepare expense reports.
- Assist with budget tracking and resource allocation.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
