ABOUT THE POSITION

We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our client’s global law firm based in the UK. As an integral part of their team, you will play a crucial role in supporting executives, legal professionals, and administrative staff. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in executive assistance, preferably within a legal environment, and possess familiarity with legal terminology and procedures.
This is a full-time position, offering a hybrid work model of 80% remote and 20% on-site presence in Cordoba, Argentina. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellence in legal services, we want to hear from you!

QUALIFICATIONS

• The candidate must be located in Cordoba, Argentina
• Advanced level of English proficiency, both written and verbal
• Prior experience as a virtual assistant or executive assistant
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Reliable, discreet, and calm under pressure
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, or a related field (preferred)
