We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant with extensive experience in supporting Senior Executives or a Chief Executive.
This full-time, ongoing position offers a competitive salary range of $80,634 - $88,798 per annum plus 15.4% superannuation.

Responsibilities:
- Provide diary management, visitor support, travel/accommodation arrangements, database, file and record management, coordination of communication streams such as correspondence, email and telephone calls.
- Deliver supplementary support activities including providing research, briefing documents, advice, reports, presentations and project support as necessary.
- Coordinate the executive support and office management activities across the Commission executives including providing advice, guidance, training, coordination and support to other executive assistants.
- Develop and maintain administrative systems and processes to ensure consistency and quality in executive support services.
- Liaise with teams across the Commission to ensure an effective flow of information.
- Coordinate Chief Executive papers and all associated meeting/event activities including arranging venue, catering, scheduling, providing secretariat support and other logistics support as required.
- Provide budget support to the Chief Executive including processing paperwork, managing digital records, maintaining and acquiring office supplies, and reconciling accounts.
