Executive Assistant
Salary – Circa £52,000

In this role, you will be supporting two IWR senior leaders to assist in managing workloads, important papers, and busy schedules. If you are looking for a challenge this could be the role for you!
A bit about the job:
You will work closely, and as part of the Senior Leadership teams to ensure smooth running functions. This is an exciting and varied role which reaches across the whole of the Insurance, Wealth, and Retirement business.
The role holder must have strong organisational skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, as well as being able to manage multiple priorities to meet all expected deliverables.
Responsibilities include assisting on communications, planning departmental events, the prioritisation of work and actions, diary and inbox management, meetings management all while maintaining a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency. You will also be responsible for coordinating actions from formal meetings, ensuring they are given to appropriate owners and completed.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- High-level executive assistant experience supporting senior managers, providing inbox and diary management is required.
- Strong minute writing & note taking experience for internal team meetings is essential.
- Organising and coordinating high-level meetings, conferences, volunteering days and offsite team building events for small and large-scale teams.
- Experienced in running your workload effectively with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and managing priorities, with excellent networking, planning, prioritisation/re-prioritisation, time management and organisation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience of communicating with varying levels of internal and external stakeholders.

- Salary – Circa £52,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary, actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s
