Executive Assistant (m/f/d)

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Hands-on, solution-oriented approach with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and excellent at managing time effectively.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maturity.
- Flexible and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities under time constraints.
- University degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and German; additional languages are an asset.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for technology and data-driven insights.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the coordination and execution of various projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Provide high-level administrative support, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and present key metrics, reports, and analyses using tools such as PowerBI.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and manage documents, contracts, and presentations, maintaining an organized filing system.
- Conduct detailed research on various business-related topics.
