DESCRIPTION

  • As we continue to develop our activities, we are delighted to offer a unique opportunity to join our organization as an Executive Assistant to our Marine & Offshore Country Manager. The position is located in Port Harcourt, Nigeria

REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities:

  • Being the point of contact for general communications with the DM.
  • Answering calls and routing them to the right person.
  • In coordination with the travel agency, making travel arrangement for M&O team, including visa when necessary.
  • Compiling expense reports.
  • Handling memos, reports, invoices, and related documents, including sensitive information.
  • Screening visitors and deciding if they should be allowed to meet with the management
  • Going through the incoming documents (memos, invoices, email) and redistributing them.
  • Planning and scheduling meetings.
  • Recording minutes of meeting, when required.
  • Researching and organizing data to present to the management
  • Office duties such as sourcing office supplies and handling the filing system.
  • Providing complete administrative support
  • In coordination with the communication department in HO and the RBDM Marine, develop or share the different communication campaign
  • Any other task required by the District Manager
