As we continue to develop our activities, we are delighted to offer a unique opportunity to join our organization as an Executive Assistant to our Marine & Offshore Country Manager. The position is located in Port Harcourt, Nigeria:
- Being the point of contact for general communications with the DM.
- Answering calls and routing them to the right person.
- In coordination with the travel agency, making travel arrangement for M&O team, including visa when necessary.
- Planning and scheduling meetings.
- Recording minutes of meeting, when required.
- Researching and organizing data to present to the management
- Compiling expense reports.
- Handling memos, reports, invoices, and related documents, including sensitive information.
- Screening visitors and deciding if they should be allowed to meet with the management
- Going through the incoming documents (memos, invoices, email) and redistributing them.
- Office duties such as sourcing office supplies and handling the filing system.
- Providing complete administrative support
- In coordination with the communication department in HO and the RBDM Marine, develop or share the different communication campaign
- Any other task required by the District Manager
