We have a great opportunity for a full-time Executive Assistant to support a number of directors and their teams in the Central Division of the Commodities and Global Markets Group.

What role will you play?
Joining as our Executive Assistant, you will manage the executive team schedules including arranging meetings and conference calls whilst ensuring meeting packs and presentations are assembled. You will be involved in processing payments, invoices and expense claims alongside accurate scheduling of travel itineraries and day-to-day running of the office.

What you offer

  • 5+ years’ of experience working in a similar role within the financial services industry or similar sector
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills, with an ability to prioritise workloads and navigate conflicting requirements
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and outstanding attention to detail
  • Outstanding stakeholder management experience with the ability to liaise, interact, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at senior and executive level.
  • Intermediate level of skill and knowledge in Microsoft office particularly PowerPoint.
