YOUR SKILLS, OUR REQUIREMENTS!

  • DEC (College diploma) in administration or any other equivalent discipline; a DEP (High school diploma) combined with extensive relevant experience will be considered equivalent;
  • Experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably with senior executives;
  • Good priority management and strong organizational skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
  • Diplomacy, resourcefulness, thoroughness and a high degree of autonomy;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion;
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;
  • Bilingualism (French and English, both spoken and written) required to ensure collaboration with various stakeholders outside Quebec on a recurring basis. Knowledge of Spanish, an asset;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
