Description:
- The Executive Assistant (EA) will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations and strategic initiatives of the Senior Adviser on Government Relations.
- This position requires a highly organized, proactive, and confidential individual who can anticipate the needs of their executive and manage their schedule efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven 2-4 years of working experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Executive’s office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including room reservations, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
- Prepare and process travel expense reports.
- Coordinate visas and passports as needed.
- Prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
- Maintain a comprehensive calendar of the Executive’s commitments, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling.
- Arrange travels, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Draft and prepare correspondence, including emails, letters, and memos.
- Manage and prioritize incoming calls and emails.
