QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, must have an Advanced English Proficiency
  • Keeping up with a fast-paced startup environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to be a self-starter and perform tasks with minimal supervision
  • Working knowledge of basic programs like Google Mail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides
  • Demonstrated ability to stretch across various tasks (supporting HR, Finance operational tasks, corporate event planning)

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

ClimateAI is hiring an executive assistant to our team. This person will work closely with our CEO and across the leadership to support calendar management, scheduling during major internal and external events, and support on special projects as needed. This person will be hired on as a full time contractor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely across our leadership team to manage calendars & schedules, and handle sensitive matters confidentially.
  • Support with scheduling and communicating directly with external customers, potential hires, and partners.
  • Manage booking travel for leaders, and support planning of corporate events.
  • Support HR operations duties, such as welcoming new hires, scheduling interviews, etc.
