Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the EA to the EDCS, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Executive Office. You will work closely with senior leaders to support key initiatives, manage critical administrative functions, and facilitate communication across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the EDCS, including calendar management, correspondence, and meeting preparation.
- Coordinate Executive Team meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
- Manage confidential documents and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other key documents.
- Serve as a liaison between the Executive Office and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize events, travel arrangements, and special projects as required.
