Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Lead Supervisor’s schedule, ensuring that meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements are well-organized and timely.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating detailed itineraries.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the Lead Supervisor, relaying important communications such as phone calls, messages, memos, and emails.
  • Perform a variety of additional tasks assigned by the Lead Supervisor, including picking up orders, managing personal mail, and other ad-hoc duties.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping duties, ensuring all financial records are accurately maintained and up to date.
  • Assist in organizing team meetings and ensuring all materials are prepared and ready for review
