QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field (Preferred).

Physical Setting: Fully Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST with a one-hour lunch break

Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize email correspondence, flagging important messages, and escalate when necessary.
- Handle personal and professional calendars, ensuring meetings, deadlines, and events are accurately scheduled and conflicts are avoided.
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as requested.
- Conduct research and compile data for special projects or tasks.
- Maintain and update filing systems to ensure easy access to important information.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking detailed minutes.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as expense tracking, vendor communication, and order management.
