QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field (Preferred).
  • Experience in an administrative or executive assistant role. (2 years)

    Physical Setting: Fully Remote
    Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST with a one-hour lunch break

    Pay: S/.3,180.00 - S/.4,120.00 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize email correspondence, flagging important messages, and escalate when necessary.
  • Handle personal and professional calendars, ensuring meetings, deadlines, and events are accurately scheduled and conflicts are avoided.
  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as requested.
  • Conduct research and compile data for special projects or tasks.
  • Maintain and update filing systems to ensure easy access to important information.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking detailed minutes.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as expense tracking, vendor communication, and order management.
