Excellent computer skills
Attention to detail
Good organisational skills, particularly in diary management and scheduling
The ability to prioritise work according to deadlines, importance and urgency
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
Business diploma however degree is preferable
Advanced-level skills in Word for Windows and Microsoft PowerPoint, Access and Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities:

Managing diaries on behalf of executives
Organising meetings and appointments
Screening and controlling access to the executives
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
Organising events and conferences
Reminding the executives of important tasks and deadlines
Clerical tasks for all senior-level staff members
Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents
Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages
Handling basic bookkeeping tasks
Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
Office tasks, including but not limited to handling office-management duties, data entry, answering phones, taking messages, taking minutes, sorting mail, maintaining and updating filing, operating office machines and arranging equipment maintenance and repairs
Organising reports and documents
Develop new, unique team-building ideas
Enhance the established company culture that reflects the corporation’s values
Collaborate with executive staff, resulting in strategic and informed decisions
Prepare and organise important legal and strategic materials and plans and support executives and senior management
