Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Vice Presidents of Grid Modernization, Operations, and Customer Experience & ITS, with direct reporting to the Vice President, Grid Modernization. The role involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, supporting budget tracking, and serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. This individual will ensure effective coordination across departments while upholding discretion, confidentiality, and a customer-focused approach.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Provide high-level administrative support, including preparing confidential correspondence, reports, meeting materials, and documenting minutes and action items.
- Maintain and coordinate calendars for the Vice Presidents, ensuring optimal scheduling of meetings and events.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, compiling relevant materials, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries.
- Assist with planning and executing departmental and corporate events, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Provide scheduling and administrative support to the Vice Presidents for staff performance evaluations.
- Assist with expense tracking, budget preparation, and reconciliation to ensure fiscal accountability.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Develop and refine presentations, ensuring clarity and professionalism in delivery.
- Compile, analyze, and present data for various reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
