About you
The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Executive Director, Legal, Risk & Compliance, and administrative support to the Legal Risk and Compliance Division (and particularly the Corporate Legal team).

The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:

  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills including the ability to liaise, consult and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and the ability to draft basic correspondence and correct and edit reports.
  • Experience in providing administrative support for senior executive level positions, including the ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise tact, discretion and sound judgment.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and under pressure, set priorities and meet deadlines and a commitment to actively balance work and other priorities to ensure the provision of timely and effective executive support.
  • Intermediate knowledge of, and experience using, standard corporate applications including but not limited to the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio) and electronic document and records management systems (Content Manager or similar).
