Description:

Our client is seeking a highly organized and intelligent Executive Assistant to provide top-tier support to senior leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, including email management, PowerPoint presentations, and travel arrangements, while maintaining confidentiality and integrity. This role demands a proactive individual who excels in multitasking, follow-ups, and coordinating both internal and external gatherings.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong proficiency in managing emails and creating PowerPoint presentations.
  • Experience in coordinating air travel and organizing events or meetings.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High level of integrity and ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage name cards and contact information effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making abilities.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

  • Manage and organize emails, ensuring timely responses and proper follow-ups.
  • Prepare professional and engaging PowerPoint presentations for meetings and events.
  • Coordinate air travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Plan and organize gatherings, both internal and external, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Keep track of name cards and maintain a well-organized contact database.
  • Handle follow-ups on various tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all communications and operations, ensuring sensitive information is securely handled.
  • Support senior leadership with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.
