MEET THE TEAM BEHIND THIS JOURNEY
We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to be a strategic partner to our Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this role, you’ll get to take on various projects within the Tech organisation and work closely with the CTO’s direct team to facilitate a cohesive strategy and assist in driving DeepL’s success.
Joining a collaborative, supportive team of Assistants, we work closely together to ensure our operational wheels turn smoothly and our collaborative culture thrives.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will execute a variety of deliverables, working on both a tactical and strategic level:
- Skillfully manage the CTO’s complex calendar, ensuring their time is spent effectively on the right priorities.
- Schedule and coordinate logistics, agendas, and content for meetings with both internal and external stakeholders. Taking notes & actions when needed, keeping the team aligned and accountable
- Facilitate complex and often changing travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Lead departmental initiatives, e.g internal conferences, team offsites, and other events. Organise logistics and help produce content.
- Manage expenses and coordinate internal documentation.
- Oversee the flow of communications, including preparing presentations and coordinating departmental All Hands meetings.
- Work closely with cross-functional leadership teams on initiatives to build team engagement and recognition.
- Act as a cultural ambassador within the business, building strong relationships and providing feedback.
