    EU Global Fleet and Products (GFP) within Amazon Logistics is seeking a proactive, customer obsessed and team oriented Executive Assistant to support two EU Global Fleet and Products Directors (one Luxembourg and one UK based). This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. The candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, fluid environment, while maintaining flexibility, a sense of humor, composure, and professionalism. The candidate will work autonomously on many projects as required and possess the ability to complete a high volume of tasks with minimal guidance or supervision. GFP is continually striving to innovate and provide best in class delivery experiences through the introduction of pioneering new products and services in the Last Mile Delivery space. The role is office based in Luxembourg, with flexibility to work remote two days/week.

Key job responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars for multiple Directors, proactively always forward planning
  • Book all domestic and international travel, co-ordinating travel itineraries
  • Manage expense reports & submissions
  • Organize and execute team activities such as Peak engagement activities and social events
  • Space and Org chart management
  • Work closely with HR to plan quarterly Talent Reviews

You will also work closely with the EU GFP Org Director’s Executive Assistant on the following responsibilities:

  • Assist with planning and executing leadership offsites and team events
  • Track and manage the yearly engagement budget
  • Update team wiki pages and document repository
  • Track and help drive completion of key actions and follow-up on outstanding items (including meeting preparation/ workback plans)
  • Act as a liaison for direct reports
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
  • Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
