REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
  • Previous experience in the trading or distribution industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily schedule and calendar of the executive team, ensuring all appointments and meetings are well-organized and timely.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the executive team.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the executive team.
  • Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports.
  • Maintain confidential records and files.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the executive team.
